Mail Orders, Shipping and Other Information

 

Online Orders

We accept PayPal for orders made online. You will receive an email confirmation of your order when it is received and processed. Orders for custom wood-burnings require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Mail Orders

We accept personal checks and money orders for mail orders. Our mail order form can be downloaded here. Checks and money orders require extra time for processing. Please allow up to 10 additional days after we confirm receipt of your order before it is shipped.

Shipping

Whenever possible we ship via USPS First Class mail and by UPS when necessary or less expensive. Espana Grooming Products will be shipped via UPS unless you request another service, which may increase your shipping cost.

Most items on this site have free shipping within the US. Some items do have a shipping fee noted on the item's page.

Shipping for custom wood burnings will be determined for each order and you will receive an email confirmation of price and shipping for any custom order before production begins. Custom orders also require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

International orders will receive an email detailing shipping expenses.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your Stoofenbaird purchases. However, if you are not, please email us for return instructions within 7 days of order receipt. Opened and used products may not be returned. Custom orders may not be returned.
